About DSTAT


The DSTAT application is designed to organize Daily tracking and Reporting for hotel management companies of all sizes.  DSTAT is an Income Audit tool, a Property Flash Report generator, a Labor Expense tracking tool, and a Corporating Reporting System.  The program’s flexible design allows you to easily design any number of daily reports, containing any level of detail.  DSTAT’s unique feature is its ability to use data entry screens that match the format of reports from Property Management, Point of Sale, Time and Attendance, and other source systems, and then automatically transpose data into daily accounting journals (and other reports) of your design.

How DSTAT Works

DSTAT takes input from various sources and organizies the information for a variety of uses.  The types of input are:

Special interfaces can be implemented that import data from a variety of Source Systems (PMS, POS, etc.) to eliminate errors from retyping values. On screen control sums can be added to assure the accuracy of the data. With a highly customizable design, DSTAT can track virtually any daily statistic including data on occupied rooms, market segment totals, food & beverage statistics, arrivals, express checkouts, frequent stay club rooms, etc.

 

Once all the daily data is collected from the hotel through the various inputs, it is stored in a local database.
